Company Facts

TLX Technologies' strength has always been developing unique and progressive technologies that provide opportunities for growth by utilizing electro-mechanical solenoids, actuators, and valves. Our specialty is developing innovative electromagnetic products to solve system challenges that can’t be solved by standard, off-the-shelf products.

We use proportional, high-speed, high temperature, and latching technologies to custom design solenoids, actuators, and valves. We also work with customers to integrate smart functionality into their products to provide data collection, diagnostics, and IoT communication at the component level.

We serve the automotive, off-highway, fire protection, and industrial markets, and we are always willing to explore new markets.

Two of our four co-founders still help lead the company today. Neil Karolek now serves as company president and Derek Dahlgren as vice president.

Our company headquarters and design center are located in the United States, and we offer localized production in both the US and China.

We have over 150 years of combined solenoid design experience and own multiple patents.
