Health, dental, and vision insurance are available to all regular full-time employees and their eligible family members.

Short and Long-Term Disability

We provide disability insurance coverage at no cost to all full-time employees to afford financial assistance if you are unable to work for medical reasons.

Life Insurance

Group term life coverage is provided at no cost to all full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

Paid Holidays and Personal Time

Full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays and paid time off for the purpose of rest, relaxation, illness, appointments, or other personal reasons.

Funeral Leave and Jury Duty

Eligible employees receive time off for funerals of immediate family members and to fulfill their civic duty to serve on a jury when called.

Tuition Reimbursement

Eligible employees may receive reimbursement toward tuition at an accredited educational institution or program.

More About TLX Technologies

  • Our History

    TLX Technologies was founded in 1996 to bring to market several unique, high-speed digital valves for the automotive market. During the succeeding years, this technology was adapted to many other opportunities including fire protection, automotive and industrial applications. This development led TLX to become a Tier 1 supplier to a major global brand in 2006 who continues as an active customer today.

  • A Growing Company

    TLX Technologies was named to Inc. Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies” in 2009 and 2011. In 2012, TLX moved to a larger facility that provided much needed space to expand our engineering, testing and quality labs as well as our production capabilities. TLX opened a new production facility in Changshu, China in 2015 to serve customers in the Asia market.

    TLX Technologies believes that as a member of the local community it is important to support organizations who are working to help improve the lives of citizens in this area. TLX employees are active participants in community events and charities throughout the year, with employees serving on various boards of local non-profits. Charities are nominated for consideration by employees.
