TLX Technologies offers full-time employees a full range of benefits to enhance their overall compensation and to encourage a healthy work/life balance.

Open Enrollment

Open enrollment is now open! Due date for submitting forms to HR is Friday, December 6, 2024. Please notify HR of any life-changing qualifying events (marriage, birth of a child, etc.) within 30 days of the event to make potential changes to your benefit elections. Unless you experience a qualifying event, you cannot make changes to your benefits until the next enrollment period (effective 1/1/2026).

Benefit Enrollment Process 

All employees must complete the 2025 Employee Benefit Election Form below and return to HR by the deadline.

If you are a new enrollee or changing coverage (adding a new dependent, etc.), you will need to fill out additional forms as outlined below. Hard copies will be made available in the break room and digital copies are available below. Please fill out and return to HR, either electronically or in-person.
