High-Speed Dispensing Valve
A high-speed solenoid valve that dispensed hot- and cold-melt adhesives.
The high-speed dispensing valve consisted of a high-speed solenoid mated to a multiport spool valve. The solenoid’s extremely fast response time delivered an accurate and repeatable shot size. It was also possible to mate the solenoid section to a fixed orifice for reduced package size.
