What You’ll Do
- Review and process PPAPs and support quality assurance for production operations. TLX Technologies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying quality standards at every stage to ensure excellence. TLX Technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and other teams to resolve quality issues and support new product launches, scale-ups, and process improvements. TLX Technologies
- Conduct root-cause analysis and utilize Six Sigma methodologies (or similar) to optimize processes and prevent recurrence of issues. TLX Technologies
Who You Are
- A proactive, innovative problem solver with strong attention to detail. TLX Technologies
- Deep familiarity with quality standards and systems, ideally including ISO 9000 and IATF 16949.
- Certified or experienced in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or eager to pursue certification.
- Comfortable taking ownership, driving solutions, and making a measurable impact.
