Production Line Lead
We’re looking for driven, problem-solvers ready to step into a hands-on leadership role — no manufacturing experience required.
This is a working lead position, meaning you’ll be actively assembling product while leading a team and driving results. If you take initiative, think critically, and like being in the action — we’ll train you on the rest. Working hours are Monday-Friday from 5:45AM-2:15PM.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily production line activities — own output, quality, and flow
- Work hands-on assembling products while guiding and supporting your team
- Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes and solutions
- Train and coach team members; reinforce accountability and performance
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to keep production on track
- Monitor schedules, materials, and staffing to meet daily goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree (2-year) required
- No manufacturing experience required — we will train
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Natural leadership — you take ownership and follow through
- Strong communication and ability to work with a team
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work an early schedule
