Discrete Proportional Valve System
Uses only a short pulse of power to actuate and does not require constant power to maintain state.
Two or more ON/OFF solenoid valves of differing flow coefficients are housed in a single manifold to provide stepped-function flow control with zero hysteresis. The valves are actuated in specific combinations to deliver the desired flow rate, which can include a true zero-flow state.

Stepped-Function Flow Control for Liquid Cooling
Low power consumption and predictable, repeatable flow rates are combined in one valve system.
Unlike standard, off-the-shelf components, TLX solenoids and valves are tailored to your application. Functionality, materials, and design are carefully balanced to meet your objectives, including:
Response Times
Whether slow or ultrafast, TLX optimizes design geometry and magnetic field shaping to achieve your required response time.
Targeted Force and Stroke
Careful design of internal components allows shaping of the force curve to closely match your desired load force and stroke requirement.
Size Constraints
A variety of design techniques are utilized to maximize magnetic force while reducing size (up to 25% smaller than competing designs).
Limiting Power Consumption
Designing with magnetic latching or peak & hold operation of the solenoid or valve minimizes overall power consumption.
Functionality
Designed to operate with continuous, intermittent, latching or proportional functionality. Optional integration of smart device feedback capabilities.
Environmental Considerations
Optimized for harsh temperatures, high pressure, and hazardous environments. Designed for chemical compatibility and contamination resistance.
