TLX Technologies signed an agreement last week for the serial supply of a custom brake system solenoid for a Tier 1 supplier to a major US automotive manufacturer. Production is set to begin in the spring of 2016 for the 2017 model year with estimated production quantities of 2M EAU.
The low current, high-force custom solenoid provided by TLX will be used underneath the hood in an off-engine application for a vehicle braking system.
