This large work solenoid is suited for applications requiring high forces and long strokes with typical strokes up to 2 inches and forces up to 70 pounds.

Push or Pull

Each industrial work solenoid model can be designed as either a push or pull solenoid depending on your own application requirements. Note: For the push model, a stainless-steel push rod extends through the bottom mounting plate. Please select the option that best fits your needs.

Voltage

Each industrial work solenoid model can be designed to work with the voltage you require. Please select the option that best fits your needs.

Mounting

TLX’s industrial work solenoids come with a universal mounting plate that allows for most combinations of vertical or horizontal mounting. Please select the option that best fits your needs.

Duty Cycle

Duty cycle is rated by the percentage of on-off time of the product. Please select the option that best fits your needs.

Continuous 100% on time
Intermittent 50/50% on time

Pulse 10% on time
Other Any other on-off percentage requirement

Force

How much force do you need to move the load in your application? Please indicate force required in either pounds or newtons.

Stroke

TLX’s industrial work solenoids have a maximum stroke based on the size of the solenoid. However, each solenoid can be used at any stroke shorter than maximum depending on your application requirements. Please indicate the stroke required in either inches or millimeters.

What does the solenoid or valve need to do?

Please describe how you plan to use the solenoid in your application. This allows our technical team to provide you with guidance on what work solenoid will best fit your needs.

The heavy duty industrial work solenoids developed by TLX Technologies are suitable for a variety of applications. Each solenoid is well-suited for applications requiring high forces and long strokes, is available in continuous, intermittent or pulse duty and can be designed as either a push or pull solenoid.

Each model allows for quick turn customization to meet your application. Quick turn modifications include various coil voltages and insulation classes, mounting and plunger variations, spring returns and more.
