Coolant Control Valve

A continuous duty, normally closed valve that can control the flow of fluids with a maximum flow of 8 GPM.

The coolant control valve was originally designed to control the flow of coolant for an off-highway SCR system but can be used with a variety of other fluids. The valve can be configured for either submersible or non-submersible applications.

Solenoids at Work in SCR Systems

Diesel engine manufacturers are utilizing Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology to meet more stringent emissions regulations. These SCR systems use diesel exhaust fluid, better known as AdBlue®, injected into the exhaust stream to create a chemical composition that changes the exhaust into a mixture of nitrogen and oxygen.

TLX Technologies is an experienced partner for the design and development of tomorrow's most innovative specialty vehicle applications.

Complex Environments

Design and optimization of solenoids and valves for systems that require high pressure, high speed, or extreme temperature specifications.

Better Performance
