TLX Technologies, LLC follows strict internal quality procedures to build business relationships with qualified suppliers. To initiate any activity with TLX Technologies, LLC and to be included on our qualified vendor list, all suppliers are required to go through a company assessment process. This assessment requires completion of the Qualification Survey and may also include an on-site supplier audit.

Submission of the requested information neither automatically implies supplier's qualification nor commits TLX Technologies, LLC to involve the supplier in any negotiation process.

Potential suppliers are not required to complete the assessment process prior to submitting a proposal; however purchase orders will not be awarded to suppliers who have not successfully completed the assessment process.

The following documentation will assist in determining your qualifications and ability to meet our guidelines.
